Joe Nelson

Joe is the owner/operator of Advanced Mechanical. Joe was raised in Greeley, Colorado, and has been a business owner for over 35 years, starting AMS in 2014. His vision for this company is to deliver first-rate heating and air service to Northern Colorado. His passion is creating for our customers the finest HVAC system for their spaces while keeping prices competitive. He prides himself in providing prompt, reliable, high-quality service.

Joe has his Master's Mechanical License, as well as his Gas Pipe Fitting License. When Joe isn't on the phone talking to you about your HVAC goals, he is spending time with his wife and daughter, son and daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren or hanging out with his church family. 

Amanda has been with Advanced Mechanical in the front office since July 2020. She is a huge asset to our team. When she is not busy keeping the ‘guys’ in line, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband, and is often busy taking her daughter to and from school and to volleyball practice and games. She proudly has a son attending the School of Mines and enjoys seeing him as often as possible.

Ashley started with Advanced Mechanical back in November of 2021. Ashley is in the Army Reserves, where she has gone through training in HVAC and obtained her EPA certification and universal refrigeration certification. Ashley enjoys spending time with her son, Liam, as well as working out and watching movies.
